Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP RTR Process Lead to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 18 years of experience and a strong background in the Education/Training industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP RTR processes.
Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP RTR processes.
Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP RTR processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP RTR processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 18 years of experience in SAP RTR process management.
Strong knowledge of SAP RTR modules and functionalities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing and leading teams is an added advantage.
