Job Description

SAP Retail / DTC Business Consultant

Pan India

Key Responsibilities

Lead
business requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and testing
for SAP Retail DTC processes.
Work on
integration of SAP CAR with S/4HANA Fashion and POS systems
.
Deliver business processes across
listing & assortment, store replenishment, pricing, markdown management, and sales audit
.
Collaborate with
business leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors)
to clarify needs and deliver transformation strategies.
Act as a
consulting lead
in ERP transformation and rollout projects.
Contribute to
practice building
through case studies, methodologies, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience

3 to 15 years of SAP consulting experience with
Retail/Fashion industry focus
.
At least
12 end-to-end ERP transformation / rollout projects
in SAP Retail or Fashion.
Hands-on expertise in:

SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA, Multichannel)
SAP S/4HANA Fashion / IS-Retail
POS Integration (Xstore, Retail Link, etc.)
Omnichannel / Direct-to-Consumer processes

Strong understanding of
Fiori apps, Launchpad, and transactional apps
.
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
.
