Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced SAP QM Architects with strong techno-functional expertise to lead complex implementations and product innovation initiatives within GxP-regulated pharma, life sciences, or healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of SAP QM within S/4HANA environments.
Work extensively on Inspection Planning, Sampling Procedures, Results Recording, CAPA, COA generation, Stability Management, and Quality Notifications.
Drive product development, co-innovation initiatives, accelerator creation, and reusable solution components.
Ensure compliance with GxP, audit trail requirements, and maintain full validation documentation including IQ/OQ/PQ.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP BTP, CPI, and Fiori/UI5 to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
Provide advisory support to clients, manage stakeholders, and drive solution best practices.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Conduct impact analysis, design workshops, and guide technical teams on development and integration workstreams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

SAP QM (10 - 15 yrs relevant experience)
SAP S/4HANA
SAP BTP
SAP CPI
SAP Fiori/UI5
Validation expertise (IQ/OQ/PQ), GxP, CSV

Soft Skills:

Collaborative leadership and team mentoring
Strong stakeholder management
Client engagement and advisory capabilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
