Work on SAP PS configuration, support, and enhancements across project lifecycle stages.
Set up Project Definitions, WBS Elements, Networks, Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, and Budgeting.
Configure project settlement profiles, result analysis (RA) keys, and month-end closing processes.
Support project planning scenarios including cost planning, revenue planning, resource planning, and scheduling.
Manage project budgeting and availability control (AVC) setup.
Handle project progress tracking, confirmations, and billing-related processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration.
Assist with master data setup, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and production deployments.
Identify business requirements, prepare functional design documents, and collaborate with technical teams for developments (RICEFW objects).
Provide day-to-day support for project operations and resolve user issues within SLA.
Participate in cutover activities, data migration, and user training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

35 years of hands-on SAP PS functional experience (support or implementation).
Strong knowledge of core SAP PS components:
Project Structures (WBS)
Networks & Activities
Cost Planning / Budgeting
Settlement Rules
Progress Analysis
Result Analysis
Milestone Billing (if applicable)
Good understanding of project accounting and integration with
FI/CO
.
Exposure to integration with modules such as
MM (procurement), SD (billing), PP (production), and HR
.
Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and working with ABAP team.
Ability to analyze business requirements and propose best-practice SAP solutions.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PS
