1. Manage day-to-day SAP AMS support operations for SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and integrated systems.
2. Track and monitor incident, service request, problem, and change management tickets with vendors.
3. Coordinate monthly reporting and billing validation.
4. Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards defined with AMS partners.
5. Conduct regular AMS review meetings with internal users and vendors to assess performance and address recurring issues.
6. Drive continuous improvement in SAP system performance, user experience, and process optimization.
7. Manage transition activities between projects and steady-state AMS operations.
8. Support planning and execution of SAP S/4 HANA implementation, enhancement, or rollout projects. (Good to have)
9. Prepare and maintain project plans, deliverables, milestones, and status reports. (Good to have)
10. Coordinate with functional leads, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
11. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and track issue resolution.
12. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and go-live readiness.
1. 5 to 15 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 to 5 years in SAP project and AMS coordination/management.
2. Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functional areas (preferably FI, MM, SD, or PP).
3. Prior experience working in an internal IT setup managing external SAP vendors or AMS partners.
4. Working knowledge of ITSM tools.
5. Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel trackers, etc.).
6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
