Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Program Manager located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The SAP Program Manager will be responsible for managing SAP projects, overseeing program and project management, and implementing business processes. Day-to-day tasks include planning, executing, and closing projects, consulting clients on SAP project implementation, and ensuring projects align with business goals. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in Program Management and Project Management
• Expertise in SAP Project Management
• Knowledge of Business Process optimization and implementation
• Consulting skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Relevant certifications in SAP, Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
