Hands on experience on SAPECC/ S4 HANA- MM/Procurements all scenarios ALE/EDI Set up experience for IDOC/proxy Messages for procurement Transactions. IDOC/proxy message configuration & field extensions and mapping of fields. Must have worked on Ariba- particularly on SAP Ariba Supplier Network & and preferred to have Supplier enablement and B2B integrations hands on. Ariba SCC implementation including Integration of ECC /S4-HANA environments with Ariba Network using Ariba CIG for Document Automation for Ariba Supply chain/ Commerce Automations message. Technical integration of purchase orders (direct and indirect), Invoices, Credit/Debit memos, Order confirmation, Advance shipment notice with technical aspect as Direct Connectivity, Web-service using Ariba CIG for Ariba Commerce automation/ Ariba SCC for direct procurement. Experience on SAP process such Must have for Commerce automation - Purchasing Cycle Normal and Service PO Must have for Ariba SCC Purchasing Cycle including below Normal PO, subcontracting process, ERS, STO, Return PO processes, multitier Pos and preferred to have Quality Collaboration with Purchasing and Forecast and planning collaboration Practical expertise Hand on experience on syncing supplier on Ariba network, supplier groups formation, supplier rule settings, enabling supplier of required scenarios. Project management experience on SAP Ariba project in Lead role managing all stakeholder for AMS / implementation project and status reporting, case management, mentoring and guiding team members. Planning, scheduling tracking and monitoring progress/ AMS support Tickets: planning for Resource, scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and change management Allocate work, track and review, schedule, quality, resource requirements, costs, risks on a periodic basis and take corrective measures Customers Project Management on day-to-day basis. Rich experience in end-to-end responsibility for the project from planning to deployment and hyper care. Project communications, meeting and reporting & governance calls Perform root-cause analysis, propose continuous improvement ideas & deliver on a milestone Basis. Analyze, identify, propose automation ideas and deliver in needed application areas Fully conversant with Ariba project implementation methodologies and different design book from requirement gathering to design. Workshop planning for all activities with relevant audience and preparation of workshop content. Deliverable planning and monitoring the deliverable as per project phases. Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Estimation: Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation and sign off Lead the estimation for any CR/ WRICEF, review the estimates and communicate to all the stakeholders Team co-ordination and Stakeholder Management: Communicate interdependencies across multiple team within own area, drives convergence across these teams to ensure smooth functioning of the teams of INFOSYS, customer and SAP Ariba. Customer Relationship Management: Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutioning. Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure customer delight Bring unresolved issues with the client, understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues Project Quality Management: Identify quality goals and processes with the help from QA and prepare a comprehensive quality plan to ensure high quality delivery. Training team on quality requirement for project not only limiting to deliverables but all aspect of projects.
