The individual selected for this position is responsible for leading the IT operations activities for the FICO for designing and implementing contemporary processes and technology solutions that enable business and enterprise outcomes. Requirements include having a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of SAP development, operations, and deployment, along with having the ability develop cross-functional technology solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:Manage the service support and delivery for the SAP FICO streamCoordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure adequate operational support is managedDrive customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings
Drive projects that improve customer experience, application process or performance with minimal guidanceCoordinate with solution architects and various other teams to understand the possible cross-functional impacts and mitigate risksAnalyze incident trends, and design solutions to address root causes and improve the system.
Work with the team to develop, test, and implement these solutionsPartner with FICO architects and product owners on new service introductions, change, and transition to operationsEnsure quality of the deliverables, participate in design, code, change control reviewsInvestigate the possibilities of automation for self-service of end user supportLead teams of contractors to deliver technology solutions to business incidents and requests
Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge, and training.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED)Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP development or operations. Hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO, performing solution design, system configuration, development, testing and defect debugging.
