SAP Pre-Sales Lead APAC

The SAP Pre-Sales Lead for the APAC region plays a crucial role in driving strategic pre-sales engagements across various industries and countries. In this position, you will collaborate closely with sales, consulting, and HBU teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored SAP solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that highlight business value. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As the SAP Pre-Sales Lead, your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end pre-sales processes, designing and presenting solution architectures aligned with customer outcomes, conducting workshops and demos, supporting RFP responses, and ensuring seamless collaboration between pre-sales and delivery teams. Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about SAP product roadmaps, industry trends, and competitor offerings, while also providing thought leadership on SAP cloud solutions to internal teams and clients. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting, with a strong background in SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and cloud-based SAP modules such as Finance and Supply Chain. You must have a proven track record in solution selling and driving digital transformation initiatives, along with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include industry exposure in manufacturing, retail, financial services, utilities, hospitality, or similar sectors, as well as familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration tools.
