SAP PPQM Consultant

Role Overview: As a SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) Consultant at Zydus, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PP and QM modules based on business requirements. Your role will involve ensuring seamless integration of SAP PP/QM with other modules like MM, SD, and FICO, analyzing business needs, translating them into SAP solutions for process improvements, providing end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for optimal performance. You will also be developing and documenting functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and workflows, monitoring background jobs, integration channels, and queues, and optimizing shop floor control, material planning, batch management, and quality processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM modules based on business requirements. - Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP/QM with other modules like MM, SD, and FICO. - Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions for process improvements. - Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow and data consistency. - Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for optimal performance. - Develop and document functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and workflows. - Monitor background jobs, integration channels, and queues. - Optimize shop floor control, material planning, batch management, and quality processes. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of SAP PP and QM configuration and business processes. - Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Manufacturing industry is preferred. - Good understanding of integration points with MM, SD, and FICO. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.,
