SAP PPQM Consultant

As an SAP PPQM Consultant, your role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. You will be responsible for performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Facilitating workshops to collect business requirements - Mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives to develop necessary product modifications - Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing SAP PP and QM - Identifying gaps, issues, and providing work around solutions - Acting as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and solving software problems - Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results - Proactively identifying and proposing business process and system enhancements - Providing consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects - Acting as a liaison between business functions and the technical team - Providing ad-hoc training and user support as required - Working self-directed and independently, and mentoring junior team members Desired Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 3+ years designing and configuring the PP-QM module - Strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Modules - SAP Certification in Production Planning & Quality Management (PP/QM) desirable - Experience in at least 2 full project life cycle implementations with SAP PP & QM modules - Good integration knowledge with other components like CO, MM & SD - Worked on various manufacturing scenarios like Discrete, Process Industries & Repetitive Manufacturing - Experience in Sales and Operational planning, Long-term planning, Material Requirement Planning, Demand Management, capacity evaluation, and production execution processes - Strong knowledge of all Planning strategies (Make to Order/Make to stock/Engineer to Order) - Experience in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Improvement processes - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously - Understanding business processes from a customer perspective and providing Functional Specifications to developers - Working effectively in a team environment and interacting with others - Experience in Core industry will be preferable - SAP certification is preferred Please note that the Compensation (CTC) for this position will be based on your experience, and immediate joining is preferred.
