Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  SAP projects

  , ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Overall awareness on SAP RISE & SAP System Architecture
• Collaborate with

  business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams

  to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans

  that outline key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and SAP best practices.

• Establish and implement risk management strategies

  , identifying potential project risks early, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Drive

  requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support

  .
• Implement best practices for

  production planning, shop floor control, quality inspection, batch management, and defect handling

  using SAP PP/QM.

• Monitor and control project budgets

  , ensuring cost-effective resource utilization while maintaining project quality and delivery timelines.

• Track project progress regularly

  , leveraging project management tools to measure performance against planned objectives and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Ensure clear communication of project plans and risks

  to stakeholders, providing timely updates, issue resolution strategies, and contingency planning.

• Continuously refine project execution strategies

  based on lessons learned, feedback, and evolving business requirements to drive process improvement and operational
• Provide leadership in

  business process improvements

  and SAP-driven

  digital transformation initiatives

• Manage

  stakeholder communication

  , ensuring project alignment with business needs and addressing key challenges.
• Oversee

  change management, user training, and adoption

  of SAP PP/QM functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with

  SAP best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP

  , with at least

  5+ years of expertise in SAP PP or SAP QM

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SAP PP processes

  (MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Production Execution) and

  SAP QM processes

  (Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Defect Handling, Vendor Evaluation).
• Experience in

  SAP project management

  , including

  implementations, rollouts, and support

  .
• Good understanding of

  cross-module integrations

  (SAP MM, SD, WM, and PM).
• Proficiency in

  SAP Activate methodology, Agile, or Waterfall project management frameworks

  .
• Strong

  leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination

  skills.
• Experience in

  SAP S/4HANA implementations

  is preferred.
• Ability to manage

  multiple projects, drive business transformation, and optimize SAP PP/QM functionalities

  .
• Excellent

  communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  .
• SAP certification in

  PP / QM is preferred

• Project Management Certification

  PMP is Mandatory

• Preferred Agile / Scrum Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP

  .
• Exposure to

  SAP Business AI, SAP JOULE,

• Industry experience in

  Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, or Process Industries

  .
• Familiarity with

  shop floor automation, Industry 4.0 concepts, and quality compliance standards (ISO, GMP, FDA)
