SAP PP Details

We are seeking an SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to be a part of our team and contribute to ongoing project needs. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in the implementation and support of SAP QM processes, along with expertise in integrating these processes with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize the SAP QM module to meet specific business requirements. Manage quality processes, including Inspection Planning (IP), Quality Notifications, Quality Inspection Lot Processing, Results Recording, Defects Management, Certificate Management, Sample Management, and Stability Studies. Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with modules like MM, PP, and SD. Identify and resolve issues related to quality processes within the SAP system. Collaborate closely with business users to understand requirements and implement effective solutions. Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities. Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and training materials. Recommend process enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation, support, or rollout projects. In-depth knowledge of quality inspection processes and control mechanisms. Proficiency in managing master data within QM, including material master, inspection plans, and catalogs. Experience in creating and managing inspection lots and quality notifications. Basic understanding of integration points with MM, PP, and SD modules. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience working with SAP S/4HANA QM. Exposure to integrating LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems). Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as ISO and GMP.
