You will be joining a dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India as a SAP QM Consultant with Quality Issue Resolution experience. Your responsibilities will include initiating and managing problem-solving processes triggered by quality notifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supplier, customer, and internal quality issues by applying structured methodologies like 8D and 5 Whys to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions. Using SAP QIR tools, you will track issue resolution progress, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines. Analyzing trends and recurring issues through QIR analytics will be crucial for driving continuous improvement. Ensuring data integrity and documentation of all quality issue processes will be part of your routine tasks. Providing training and support to users on SAP QIR functionalities will also be expected from you. In addition, you will configure and maintain SAP QM settings for procurement and in-house production, including inspection types, control keys, and quality info records. Setting up and managing material master data with QM-relevant settings for procurement, implementing and maintaining inspection plans for materials in in-house production and procured from vendors, configuring quality notifications, and managing the process of creating and processing quality notifications for supplier-related issues will be part of your daily activities. You will also collaborate with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) to ensure seamless integration.
