Main Responsibilities :

1. SAP Project Coordination

• Plan and track rollout activities across locations
• Arrange project meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items
• Support rollout readiness, cutover planning, and postgo-live activities
• Track project deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  

2. Data Migration Support

• Coordinate data collection, validation, and uploading
• Work with business/technical teams to ensure clean master & transactional data
• Maintain data readiness trackers and escalate issues
  

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly status reports & executive presentations
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and project documentation
  

4. Training & Change Management

• Coordinate training schedules, materials, and user support
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams
  

5. Commercial & Vendor Coordination

• Support budgeting, cost tracking and vendor coordination
• Review proposals, SoWs, and contracts with procurement/legal
• Help negotiate with consultants & vendors
  

6. Tools & Innovation

• Explore new tools that integrate with SAP (Power Platform, BTP, BI, automation etc.)
• Support PoCs or pilot projects
  

Key Skills to Look For in a Candidate :

1. Strong project coordination & documentation skills
2. Excellent communication & presentation ability
3. Proficiency in

   MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams

4. Familiarity with

   Power BI / SharePoint / Smartsheet

   (added advantage)
5. Understanding of

   SAP S/4HANA

   , modules & integration basics
6. Knowledge of

   Agile/Waterfall

   , Jira, MS Project
7. Experience with budgeting, commercial terms & vendor management
8. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions
9. 4 - 7 years in

   SAP Project Coordination / PMO / IT Project Management

10. Experience in

    SAP rollout or migration projects

11. Certifications like

    PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate

    preferred
