Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead integration between Teamcenter, Mendix, and SAP to ensure seamless product data flow

🔹 Drive SAP ECTR implementation to manage engineering documents and BOMs efficiently

🔹 Enhance SAP DMS processes with strong governance and compliance

🔹 Design and optimize SAP workflows for change management, approvals, and collaboration

🔹 Support EHSM integration with PLM to ensure environmental and safety compliance

🔹 Manage engineering change records and utilize BRF+ for process automation

🔹 Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver scalable solutions

🔹 Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM initiatives — from requirements to post-go-live support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ 8+ years of experience in SAP PLM, ECTR, DMS, Workflow, and EHSM

✔️ Proven expertise in Teamcenter and Mendix integration with SAP

✔️ Strong grasp of SAP S/4HANA, BRF+, and workflow configuration

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

✔️ Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions

Additional Preferred

Experience with Agile methodologies

Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, or Mendix low-code development

SAP certifications (PLM, ECTR, EHSM) or a Master’s in Engineering/IT
