SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end SAP PM module implementation projects using S/4HANA. Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance processes. Configure and customize the SAP PM module to meet client needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, QM, SD, FI, etc.) to ensure seamless integration. Utilize SAP Activate Methodology for project delivery and documentation. Conduct user training, prepare training materials, and provide post-implementation support. Identify process improvements and provide innovative SAP PM solutions. Support system upgrades, testing, and go-live Skills & Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP PM module implementation and support. Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects. In-depth understanding of Plant Maintenance processes (Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown Maintenance, etc.). Experience with SAP Activate Methodology. Ability to independently handle project tasks and client interactions. Excellent communication and problem-solving Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP PM certification is a plus.
