SAP Payroll Professional

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Professional with in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM - US Payroll (6+ years experience) and SAP HCM - UK Payroll (5+ years experience). The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Payroll modules for these specific geographies. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with country-specific laws and regulations, and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Global Payroll teams. Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and support SAP Payroll modules specifically for US and UK payroll processing. Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with country-specific payroll laws and regulations in both the US and UK. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Global Payroll teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide optimal payroll solutions within SAP. Analyze business processes related to payroll and propose improvements and automation within SAP Payroll functionality. Perform rigorous payroll validations and audits to ensure accuracy and timely payroll runs. Troubleshoot complex payroll issues, perform thorough root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions. Handle payroll data migration, interface with third-party payroll systems, and ensure seamless data flow between SAP and other integrated systems. Maintain and update comprehensive payroll-related documentation, including process flows, configurations, and testing scripts. Assist in SAP upgrades, patches, and payroll-related system enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Required Skills & Experience SAP HCM - US Payroll knowledge - 6+ years experienced (Mandatory). SAP HCM - UK Payroll knowledge - 4+ years experienced (Mandatory). Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Payroll modules for US and UK. Expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processes and ensuring compliance with country-specific payroll laws and regulations. Strong collaboration skills with HR, Finance, and Global Payroll teams. Ability to analyze business processes, propose improvements, and drive automation within SAP Payroll. Experience in performing payroll validations and audits. Strong troubleshooting skills for payroll issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Experience with payroll data migration, interfacing with third-party payroll systems, and managing data flow. Proficiency in maintaining and updating payroll-related documentation. Experience in assisting with SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
