We are looking for an experienced SAP SF Consultant with strong expertise in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) along with Succession Planning & Career Development Planning.
🔹 Key Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
Strong experience in Succession Planning & Career Development
Combination of two SF modules is mandatory
B3 band–level experience (8+ years)
Strong functional, analytical & stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in hybrid model with evening shift timing
