Job Description

Job Details-

Key Responsibilities:

Should have knowledge on SD / MM & FI-CO module support and implementation knowledge

Analyse the SAP issues logged in the Europe ITSM tool (currently HEAT - Internal tool) in accordance with Epson s SLA.

Resolving SAP incidents.

Review cases to ensure they are closed within required KPIs/SLA.

Analyse cases previously raised to identify any emerging patterns.

Ensure particular base documents are reported and completed.

Provide basic user training.

Assist business in execution of tests; perform unit testing of complex configuration and work with multiple teams to define and perform business tests.

Defined configuration change in SAP.

Ensure Epson IT standards / policies are adhered to.

LAR (Local Authorisation Responsible) activities.

Ensure knowledge of SAP system processes is kept up to date via training or self-learning.
