Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations across ECC and S/4HANA, including rollout and support phases
Architect solutions for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, MRP, and Vendor Management
Design and optimize Fashion/Retail-specific processes: seasonality, assortments, markdowns, replenishment, and store-level inventory
Collaborate with SD, FI, and WM teams for cross-module integration
Drive fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and functional specs
Guide ABAP teams on enhancements using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Extensions
Ensure template build and deployment across geographies and business units
10+ years in SAP MM, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation
Deep exposure to IS-Retail or SAP Fashion Management Solution (FMS)
Experience in client-facing roles, offshore delivery, and stakeholder management
Strong grasp of Retail KPIs, store operations, and supply chain dynamics
