Job Summary

Connecting Dots ERP, a leading provider of ERP and SAP training solutions, is hiring an experienced SAP MM Trainer to deliver engaging offline training sessions in Pune.
This freelance role is perfect for professionals passionate about sharing knowledge, mentoring students, and helping them build successful careers in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP MM training sessions (3 classes per week, offline).
• Teach SAP MM fundamentals, configuration, and real-time implementation concepts.
• Provide hands-on exercises and ensure trainees gain practical skills.
• Support trainees through doubt-clearing sessions and continuous guidance.
• Customize teaching methods to meet learner needs and group dynamics.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on SAP MM experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM processes and configurations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training or mentoring experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct interactive and practical sessions effectively.

Schedule

• Mode: Offline (In-person, Pune)
• Frequency: 3-4 classes per week
• Duration: ~1.5 hours per batch/session
• Shift: Morning or Evening (Monday to Friday)
• Weekend availability may be required
