SAP MDM Analyst

Duration: 3 to 6 Months Contract
Shift Timing: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM ISTJob Summary:We are seeking a SAP MDM Analyst for a short-term contract to support end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation processes, with hands-on experience in SAP tools and MDM best practices.Primary Skills Required:SAP Data Migration (ECC or S/4HANA)SAP tools: LSMW, BODS (SAP Data Services), BAPIs, IDOCsMaster & Transactional Data: Customer, Vendor, Material, Sales, Purchase, FinancialETL Processes & Data CleansingData Validation & ReconciliationTools: SQL, Excel, and basic scripting for data transformationKey Responsibilities:Lead or assist in data migration planning and executionCollaborate with business and functional teams on data mapping and rulesExtract and cleanse data from legacy sourcesLoad transformed data into SAP systems using approved toolsValidate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completenessTroubleshoot errors and coordinate with tech teams for resolutionDocument all processes, mappings, and test resultsSupport mock migrations, cutover planning, and go-live eventsQualifications:Required:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related3+ years in SAP data migration projectsStrong understanding of ETL, data quality, and migration toolsExperience with master data and transactional data in SAPPreferred:Experience in large SAP rollouts or global implementationsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesSAP CertificationAdvanced Excel/SQL skillsSoft Skills:Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressureSelf-motivated and team-orientedHow to Apply:Please send your resume to info@tspaus.com with:
