job summary

Designco Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced SAP lead to drive and optimize SAP systems for manufacturing operations. This role requires deep expertise in SAP modules related to production, inventory, and supply chain management. The SAP lead will be responsible for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and strategic alignment with business objectives while leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP utilization.

- ensure adherence to security protocols, internal controls, and data governance policies - support audits and compliance initiatives related to SAP processes

required qualifications & skills

- education: bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- experience: minimum 6+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing setup - technical expertise: - in-depth knowledge of SAP MM, PP, WM, SD, or related modules - strong experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and integration - understanding of enterprise-wide SAP solutions and automation - soft skills: - excellent leadership and decision-making abilities - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - effective communication and stakeholder management
