SAP Implementation/ Director

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to align on expectations
• Direct and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools to maximize the value of their investments
• Perform risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact throughout the project
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 14- 25years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and solutions, including FICO, SD, MM, and HCM
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies
