Job Description

As an Application Consultant, your role involves understanding the client's business process, both current and future. You will be responsible for mapping these processes to the technologies being used, identifying what can be achieved through standard implementation versus customizations or extensions to the application. Your tasks may include functional customization of the application, collaborating with application developers to design enhancements, and working with business users to implement process changes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the client's business processes and map them to the technologies in use - Differentiate between standard implementation and customizations/extensions required - Functionally customize the application as needed - Collaborate with application developers for designing enhancements and extensions - Work with business users to implement process changes Qualifications Required: - Must have mastered at least one methodology in-depth - Advanced knowledge of one or more business domains and SaaS or package software solutions - Wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activities - Ability to lead process improvements and conduct as-is/to-be analysis on business processes or IT - Advise clients on the implementation of package modules - Conduct workshop facilitation, integration testing, and user acceptance testing - Maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solutions and relevant methodologies In this role, you are expected to conceptualize business or technical solutions by leveraging colleagues and partners. You should actively engage in internal and external knowledge developments, contributing to industry innovations. Additionally, you are required to have the consulting skills necessary to lead process improvements and provide advice to clients on package module implementations. Maintaining certifications on relevant solutions and methodologies is also a key aspect of this position.,
