Job Description

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

SAP HR Architect with 5+ years of experience and is responsible for designing and implementing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that align with organizational HR strategies and processes.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify SAP ECC HR processes, gather requirements/identify gaps, configuring SAP HR modules, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems.
The architect will provide expertise in best practices for HR processes, optimize workflows, and support data migration and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM functionalities are essential for driving effective human resource management.
Please note in this phase we are not looking out for someone with exposure to SAP Success Factors but some basic overview about the product may be helpful in navigation some of the to-be architecture related discussions.
