Job Description

As an experienced professional in legal functionality configuration and setup, your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and setting up India specific legal functionalities such as Income Tax, Employee Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PTAX), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), etc. - Demonstrating excellent knowledge of India legislation to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Implementing and providing support for legal functionalities, addressing any issues that may arise during the process. - Assessing the impact of changes requested by customers and effectively implementing and testing these changes. - Analyzing and resolving incidents (bugs) within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Offering proactive suggestions and recommendations based on best practices and identifying potential risks. - Participating in regular client meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring their timely closure. - Compiling various data and metrics to create presentations and status reports for stakeholders.
