  for monitoring, performance tuning, and alert management.
• Expertise in

  user and role management

  , audit log configuration, and enabling traces for performance analysis.
• Skilled in

  parameter configuration

  memory/CPU utilization troubleshooting

  , and resolving performance issues.
• Experience handling

  critical incidents (P1 & P2)

  and providing timely resolutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage

  technical incident handling

  , message processing, and root cause analysis.
• Perform

  installation, patching, upgrades, and migrations

  of SAP HANA systems.
• Monitor system performance, execute

  tuning activities

  , and ensure regular

  backups and recovery

  procedures.
• Ensure

  high availability and disaster recovery readiness

  for HANA environments.
• Provide

  technical expertise

  for system optimization, architecture improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with international teams for

  knowledge transfer

  clear technical documentation

• Conduct

  training sessions and workshops

  for customers and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to

  process improvements, tool development
