Job Description

Role & responsibilities Contribute to the design and optimization of data warehousing solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance. Create and maintain data models that align with business requirements, optimizing data structures for performance and efficiency. Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance by tuning SQL statements for SAP HANA. Monitor and optimize SAP HANA performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in data processing. Implement and maintain data security measures, including user access controls, encryption, and data masking, in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Investigate and resolve data-related issues, providing timely support to end-users and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Work on data integration projects, including data migration, data synchronization, and data replication between different systems. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues related to SAP HANA and data warehousing performance Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Proven experience (5-8 years) in SAP HANA, data warehousing, or a related field. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, development processes, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth system maintenance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with project managers and architects to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
