Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of
SAP GTS E4H
including compliance management, customs management, and risk management.
Configure and support
SAP GTS integration
with ECC, S/4HANA, and feeder systems (SAP & Non-SAP).
Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design solutions aligned with international trade regulations.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of
GTS functionalities
such as SPL screening, export/import control, trade preference management, and trade reporting.
Provide subject matter expertise in
customs compliance, legal regulations, and risk management
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of
Order-to-Cash and logistics processes
with GTS.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide
production support
for GTS applications.
Prepare functional specifications, user manuals, and deliver user training sessions.
Act as a customer spokesperson, advising clients on
best practices
and driving business value through SAP GTS solutions.
