As a Functional Analyst in Apple's SAP Global Systems organization within IS&T, your role will involve participating in and driving initiatives supporting Trade Services and Sales & Operations business areas. You will be required to collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and implement global GTS solutions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Configure and integrate SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H) with S/4HANA modules and external/internal systems - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and provide functional specifications, business use cases, and test data for development - Prepare technical plans highlighting cross-system dependencies and integration points - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery - Optimize system performance through response time, throughput, and scalability improvements - Implement proactive monitoring and alert solutions to ensure smooth business operations - Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI/ML, SAP Data Intelligence) to drive innovation Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) and experience leading cross-functional global teams - Knowledge of SAP SD/MM/FI, TMS modules, logistics processes, and Customs or Risk Management modules - Familiarity with ABAP/4 code, SAP technologies (Business Rules Framework, Enterprise Portal, UI5/Fiori, Business Technology Platform) - Experience with B2B systems integration involving external partners such as 3PLs, customs brokers, or content providers - Exposure to SAP Cloud Analytics, BTP, and Gen AI technologies - Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and adherence to schedules and project scope - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels Minimum qualifications required for this position are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field - 5+ years of SAP GTS project implementation experience with a focus on Compliance Management and Product Classification - Hands-on experience with SAP GTS Edition for HANA and integration with S/4HANA modules - Strong project management skills, including monitoring of timelines, budgets, and resources - In-depth understanding of global trade regulations and compliance requirements - Experience in Electronic Compliance Reporting (ECR), especially EU Intrastate Reporting - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills As a Functional Analyst in Apple's SAP Global Systems organization within IS&T, your role will involve participating in and driving initiatives supporting Trade Services and Sales & Operations business areas.
