SAP Functional Specialist - Customer Service

Role Overview: As an SAP Functional Specialist - Customer Service at Nordex Group, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and implementing solutions to meet those requirements. You will analyze complex business processes, configure solutions within the CS module, and interact with business stakeholders to address issues and design new developments. Your role will also involve extensive knowledge of repairs processing, replacement processing, equipment master setup, service work orders, material issues, and integration with other SAP modules such as Sales Order processing and Finance. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client business requirements and design and implement SAP solutions - Analyze complex business processes and provide system solutions - Configure solutions within the CS module - Interact with business stakeholders to address issues and design new developments - Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, replacement processing, equipment master setup, service work orders, and material issues - Translate user requests into application system solutions - Work on Order Management OTC process in SAP SD module - Collaborate with various groups within the company to resolve business issues - Redesign procedures to align with best business practices and SAP functionality - Integration capabilities and cross-modular capabilities in SAP SD, MM, and LE Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Good time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated and willing to learn - Strong understanding of SAP enterprise data and interface management - 5+ years of experience in end-to-end project implementation in CS module - Knowledge of integration of CS and SD with MM, LE, and FI modules Company Details: Nordex Group has been manufacturing wind energy plants for around 40 years, with a global presence and a significant share in the wind industry.
