SAP Functional Specialist - Customer Service

As a SAP Functional Specialist - Customer Service at Nordex Group, your responsibilities will include: - Working with clients to understand their business requirements and designing/implementing solutions accordingly - Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, identifying customer requirements, and documenting them - Having excellent configuration experience in designing, customizing, configuring, and testing within the CS Module - Interacting with business in workshops to resolve issues or design new developments - Demonstrating strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module - Applying extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing, and Finance aspects - Utilizing knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing - Managing equipment master setup, tracking, and integration with warranty tracking - Understanding Service work orders and their integration throughout the repairs process - Handling service labor posting and integration with time-keeping system - Managing material issues and postings - Translating user requests into application system solutions - Collaborating with various groups within the company to resolve business issues - Redesigning procedures to suggested best business practices in line with SAP functionality - Demonstrating integration capabilities and cross-modular capabilities in SAP SD and MM/LE - Working in Order Management OTC process specifically on Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, Free Goods, Item Proposal, Material Determination, and more - Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Taking ownership of assigned tasks, being self-motivated, and open to learning - Demonstrating strong understanding and experience in the Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), & Financial Accounting (FI) modules - Understanding SAP enterprise data and interface concepts and management - Having end-to-end project implementation experience with 5+ years in CS module About Nordex Group: The Nordex Group has been manufacturing wind energy plants in the on-shore segment for around 40 years, with more than 57 GW installed capacity worldwide.
