Description
As a skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the SAP OTC processes, covering order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and cash application. You will be tasked with configuring the SAP SD module and ensuring seamless integration with FI, MM, and third-party systems. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Your role will involve active participation in SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the OTC process will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements will be crucial, alongside working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee end-to-end process execution. Your 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/OTC, combined with a strong understanding of the OTC cycle, will be invaluable. Knowledge of integration points with FI, MM, and CRM systems is highly desirable, as is experience with SAP S/4HANA. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. Possessing SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales will be an advantage. Your problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and capacity to work both independently and within a team environment are essential for success in this role. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also be expected to take on the following key areas: 1. Process Ownership & Governance: Taking ownership of the end-to-end OTC process, defining and enforcing standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations. 2. Project Leadership: Leading OTC workstreams in SAP projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. 3. Solution Design & Configuration: Designing scalable and efficient OTC solutions, configuring SAP SD and related modules, and collaborating with technical teams for custom developments. 4. Integration Management: Ensuring seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules, as well as supporting interfaces with external systems. 5. Issue Resolution & Support: Serving as the escalation point for complex OTC issues, providing guidance to support teams and end-users, and monitoring system performance for continuous improvement. 6. Training & Change Management: Conducting training sessions for key users and stakeholders, and driving change management initiatives during process or system changes. 7. Continuous Improvement: Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities, leveraging SAP best practices and functionalities, and monitoring KPIs such as order cycle time, DSO, and order accuracy.
