Job Description

Role Overview :

Techno-Functional Expert in SAP FSRI (Financial Services Reinsurance)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
end-to-end implementation
of SAP FSRI, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Act as the
primary liaison
between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Configure FSRI modules such as
contract management, revenue recognition
, and ensure seamless
integration with SAP FI/CO
and other relevant modules.
Collaborate with
SAP Basis, ABAP, and integration teams
to maintain system performance and efficient data flow.
Conduct
workshops, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
to drive successful adoption.
Provide
post-go-live support
, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Ensure compliance with
internal controls, audit requirements, and industry best practices
.
Prepare high-quality documentation including
functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals
.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven expertise in
SAP FSRI implementation and support
.
Strong
reinsurance domain knowledge
with a clear understanding of business processes.
Hands-on experience in
FSRI configuration
and integration with SAP FI/CO.
Ability to work in a
techno-functional capacity
, bridging business and IT requirements.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional SAP teams (Basis, ABAP, Integration).
Strong skills in
documentation, training, and UAT management
.
Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality solutions.
