As a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant, your role will involve implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for various business groups. You will ensure system performance and compliance with quality and operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across multiple business units. - Supporting and optimizing current SAP Finance systems through effective configurations and enhancements. - Partnering with Group IT and Finance leadership to align SAP initiatives with business objectives. - Driving full-cycle SAP project execution, from requirement gathering and design to testing, deployment, and end-user support. - Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams and business users to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance with other modules (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain). - Preparing and maintaining Functional Design Documents and project-related documentation. - Providing user training and support to ensure system adoption and optimal use. - Identifying and troubleshooting complex system issues; escalating when needed. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including middle management and technical teams. - Staying informed about industry trends and innovations in SAP and IT systems to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience with large-scale SAP projects in diversified business environments, preferably in the automotive industry. - Proven track record of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. - In-depth, hands-on experience in SAP modules including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Cost Center Accounting, and Funds Management. Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of financial processes and their operational value drivers. - Expert knowledge in SAP Finance module integration with Sales and Supply Chain functions. - Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, data migration, and financial process mapping. - Solid knowledge of SAP security roles within finance. - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for managing system configuration and reporting issues. - Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. - Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
