Description
As a skilled SAP Finance Intercompany (ICO) Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to implement and optimize SAP intercompany financial processes, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration, automation, and reconciliation across multiple legal entities in S/4HANA. - Define and configure intercompany financial clearing configurations, account determination, workflows, and posting schemes including approval mechanisms. - Conduct integration across SAP modules: FI-CO, SD, MM, ensuring correct dual postings and balance sheet reconciliation. - Develop and execute functional design specifications; configure master data such as company codes and partners, build system enhancements, and manage IDoc setups. - Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ICO processes, handle cutover, and provide post-go-live stabilization. - Create documentation, train key users, and ensure ongoing support including reconciliation and resolving mismatches during month-end and year-end close. Key Requirements: - 4+ years in SAP S/4HANA Finance with a strong focus on intercompany posting, billing, and reconciliation. - Deep expertise in intercompany IDocs, cross-company configuration, automatic clearing accounts, and workflows. - Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP), multi-entity group structures, and transfer pricing concepts. - Hands-on experience integrating intercompany flows with SD and MM modules, including automating stock transfer and pricing processes. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to support requirement gathering, design workshops, and training. Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or IT; SAP S/4HANA Finance or ICMR certification preferred.
