Job Summary

SAP Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales (SD) Accounting

  • Post sales invoices using SAP SD.
  • Process PGI (Post Goods Issue) and associated accounting entries.
  • Reconcile customer ledgers and assist in collection follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team for billing corrections.

Purchase (MM) Accounting

  • Process

    MIGO

    (Goods Receipt) and

    MIRO

    (Vendor Invoice) entries.
  • Perform

    2-way / 3-way matching

    of PO, GR & Invoice.
  • Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Verify GST inputs on vendor invoices.

General Ledger & Finance

  • Post journal entries (FB50), adjustments, and month-end closing.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, GR/IR reconciliation & stock accounting.
  • Support audit requirements and provide necessary data.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and TDS rules.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SAP FI/MM/SD transaction codes:

    • MIRO, MIGO, FB60, FB70, F-28, F-53, VF01, FBL1N, FBL5N, MB5B

  • Strong understanding of

    AP / AR / GL

    , GR/IR, and COGS entries.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS & basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
