Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules according to business requirements.
• Perform end-to-end implementations of SAP FICO solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand customer needs.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to SAP FICO functionality.
• Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Generate periodic financial reports and assist in monthly closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Monitor SAP system performance and optimize configurations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits by providing relevant documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO release features and enhancements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices and methodologies.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or related roles.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities.
• Experience in financial accounting processes and controlling mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certifications in SAP FICO or ERP systems are a plus.
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques within SAP.
• Understanding of internal controls and audit processes.
• Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements as required.
