Job Description

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 4 to 10 Years.

Employment Type: Full-Time | 6 Days Working | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

The role involves requirement gathering, solution delivery, integration, testing, training, and user enablement across key finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, COPA).
Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and prepare functional specifications for RICEFW/WRICEF objects.
Conduct unit testing, UAT, and provide support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules.
Handle banking integration, API interfaces, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS).
Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and deliver end-user training sessions.
Provide ongoing support for system improvements, enhancements, and change requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Taxation, Controlling, and Cost Accounting.
Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FICO with COFI integration.
Practical experience in GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Asset Management.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, RICEFW/WRICEF objects, and integration with external tools (e.g., Tally, Banking APIs).
Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; professional qualifications like CA Inter, ICWA, or MBA preferred.
Minimum 4+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
Strong communication skills with ability to interact with business stakeholders.
Preference for candidates with prior experience in manufacturing companies.
