Job Summary:

SAP FI Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FI functional area with focus on

  Asset Accounting (AA)

  and

  E-Banking

  processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations.
• Manage end-to-end SAP FI project lifecycle requirement analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to the SAP FI team, ensuring best practices are implemented.
• Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and CO.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Act as a liaison between Finance business users and technical teams.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and provide knowledge transfer to junior consultants.
• Handle incident management, change requests, and enhancements in SAP FI.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years total experience

  with at least

  8+ years in SAP FI

  module.
• Strong functional expertise in

  Asset Accounting

  (depreciation areas, asset classes, asset life cycle, integration with GL).
• Hands-on experience with

  E-Banking

  processes (electronic bank statement, lockbox, payment formats, BCM, SWIFT integration).
• Good understanding of SAP FI submodules:

  General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, and Closing Activities

  .
• Experience in leading teams and managing client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of

  integration points

  with MM, SD, and CO.
• Exposure to

  S/4HANA Finance

  will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• SAP Certification in FI.
• Exposure to SAP Central Finance.
• Prior experience in handling large-scale

  implementation/rollout projects
