You are an experienced Application Lead responsible for the design, development, and configuration of applications, focusing primarily on SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). As the key point of contact for all application-related matters, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead development teams, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business requirements. Your responsibilities include leading end-to-end application development activities, aligning them with business objectives, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into functional and technical specifications. You will provide technical leadership, becoming an expert in SAP WMS, engage in team discussions, and support effective problem-solving. Mentoring junior team members, facilitating skill development, and ensuring clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders are crucial aspects of your role. Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in application design, development, and SAP WMS is essential to enhance performance and user experience continuously. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. - Solid understanding of application development methodologies and lifecycle. - Proven experience in system integration and data migration. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for efficient issue resolution. - Familiarity with project management tools and agile or traditional project methodologies.
