Job Description

Job Summary:The SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions to support warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves gathering business requirements, mapping them into SAP EWM functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and TM.Key Responsibilities:

Work with business users to understand warehouse management processes and translate them into SAP EWM system design.
Configure and customize SAP EWM to support business processes including inbound, outbound, internal movements, and physical inventory.
Integrate EWM with SAP ECC/S4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, TM, and QM).
Handle warehouse structure setup storage types, sections, bins, and handling units.
Define and implement RF (Radio Frequency) framework for mobile operations.
Support picking, packing, putaway, and goods movement strategies.
Manage interfaces with non-SAP systems (e.g., automation systems, conveyors, scanners).
Perform system testing, UAT, documentation, and end-user training.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.
