Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and proven experience in rollout projects. The ideal candidate should have deep functional and process knowledge in warehouse and logistics operations, with good understanding of SAP SD, MM and Logistics modules to ensure smooth cross-functional integration.

Key Responsibilities:

For Functional Consultant:

• Lead and support SAP EWM implementations and rollout projects across multiple locations.
• Work with business stakeholders to analyze warehouse, logistics, and supply chain requirements and design effective SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure and support EWM processes including inbound, outbound, warehouse structure, storage control, labor management, and physical inventory.
• Ensure smooth integration between EWM, MM, and Logistics modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end process alignment.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve business-critical issues.
• Train and mentor key users and ensure knowledge transfer to business teams.
• Experience in EWM Technical Integrations, Integration with SAP MM & SD, Integration with 3PL systems / IDocs / Interfaces, Decentralized EWM vs Embedded EWM in S/4HANA

Key Technical Concepts/Processes knowledge must

• Inbound Processes: ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification), GR (Goods Receipt), Putaway strategies, HU (Handling Unit) management.
• Outbound Processes: Wave Management, Pick/Pack/Stage, Goods Issue, Shipping Cockpit.
• Internal Warehouse Processes: Replenishment, Stock Transfers, Slotting & Rearrangement.
• Physical Inventory: Cycle Counting, Ad-hoc PI, Zero Stock Check.
• Warehouse Monitoring Tools: Warehouse Monitor, Exception Handling, Queue Management.
• Master Data in EWM: Warehouse structure, Storage Bins, Activity Areas, Packaging Specs.

Required Qualifications:

• 68 years of experience in SAP with at least 5+ years in SAP EWM.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong functional and process knowledge of warehouse management and logistics.
• Experience in integration with SAP MM and Logistics modules.
• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in relevant module/technology.
• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori
