Role Overview

SAP Data Migration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Use SAP migration tools such as

    SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM

    .
  • Work with business and functional teams to gather data requirements and mapping logic.
  • Build migration templates, extraction rules, cleansing logic, and transformation frameworks.
  • Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
  • Support mock runs, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Resolve defects and optimize migration processes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP Data Migration experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    ECC → S/4HANA migration projects

    .
  • Excellent knowledge of Master Data, Transactional Data, and related objects.
  • Experience with migration tools (LTMC / LTMOM / BODS / LSMW).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation preferred.
