SAP SD Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze SD requirements.
  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules (pricing, billing, sales orders, delivery, shipments).
  • Support SD integration with MM, FI, WM, and other SAP modules.
  • Handle change requests, enhancements, and functional specifications.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
  • Prepare documentation, process flow diagrams, and user training material.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot SD-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SD configuration and business process mapping.
  • Experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, pricing, taxation, invoicing, and credit management.
  • Knowledge of EDI/IDoc processes is a plus.
  • Experience working on implementation, rollout, and support projects.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
