Responsibilities at this level include leading and co-driving engagements for clients across multiple industry sectors, contributing to SAP practice growth, hiring and developing a diverse team, and actively participating in sales and solutioning activities. You will be expected to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry trends, plan and prioritize work effectively, provide inputs on various aspects of design and implementation, and develop and execute the digital supply chain roadmap aligned with corporate objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in evaluating and implementing supply chain management systems, building and managing digital platforms for data analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through digital tools and automation. Required qualifications for this role include 16+ years of SAP IT experience, experience in system integration and S4 HANA projects, expertise in project management workstreams, pre-sales, and solutioning activities, knowledge of cloud computing, and experience in managing mid-large size projects. Success factors include strong interpersonal skills, exceptional time management, detail-oriented and proactive attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and influence teams. Preferred skills include experience with SAP S/4HANA, familiarity with data conversion objects in the supply chain space, and a background in agile and waterfall project implementation methodology. A Bachelor's degree (BE, B Tech, MCA, M Tech, or equivalent) is required, and any SAP supply chain certification is preferred.,
