Role Overview: As an Architectural Design & Strategy professional at Sutherland, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the end-to-end data architecture strategy using SAP Datasphere. Your expertise will be essential in aligning the architecture with business requirements, technology standards, and enterprise data roadmap. By developing high-level solutions and architectural blueprints, you will contribute to optimizing critical business operations and driving digital transformation seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: - Define end-to-end data architecture strategy using SAP Datasphere in alignment with the enterprise data roadmap, business requirements, and technology standards. - Develop high-level solutions and architectural blueprints for data ingestion, storage, semantic modeling, virtualization, federation, data cataloging, and analytics. - Design logical and physical data models that are efficient, maintainable, and reusable. - Lead extraction, transformation, load (ETL) pipelines, replication, and virtualization of data. - Define and enforce data governance policies including metadata management, data catalogues, lineage, versioning. - Ensure proper security, access control, authentication, authorization aligned with internal policy and external regulatory requirements. - Monitor and tune systems for performance optimization and scalability. - Lead migrations from legacy systems/data warehouses to Datasphere and handle post-go-live support. Qualifications Required: - Experience in defining end-to-end data architecture strategies using SAP Datasphere. - Proficiency in developing high-level solutions and architectural blueprints for data management. - Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and data integration. - Knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization. - Experience in stakeholder management, advisory, and leadership roles. - Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in cloud data platforms, machine learning integrations, and SAP technologies.
