SAP Cutover professionals

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Cutover Manager to lead all aspects of cutover planning and execution for a large-scale SAP Transformation Program. The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years of total experience, with at least 12 years specifically in leading cutover and/or deployment management roles for SAP S/4HANA implementations. This leadership role requires a strong track record of managing end-to-end cutover activities, collaborating cross-functionally, and orchestrating success across diverse business units and technical landscapes. Job Summary: As the Cutover Manager, you will be the central orchestrator of cutover success for our SAP Transformation Program. You will define and maintain the integrated cutover strategy, drive readiness assessments, lead mock cutovers, and manage the final Go/No-Go process. This role demands proactive coordination with business, technical, and program teams, as well as strong dependency, risk, and execution readiness management. Key Responsibilities: Cutover Strategy & Planning: Define and maintain the integrated cutover strategy, plan, and timeline across all SAP and non-SAP systems. Drive the readiness assessment across business units and IT teams to ensure cutover success. Execution & Coordination: Lead the execution of mock cutovers and dry runs in line with program milestones. Work closely with the deployment, data migration, testing, and environment management leads to ensure alignment of timelines and activities. Coordinate the final Go/No-Go process with all stakeholders, ensuring necessary sign-offs across business and IT. Manage cutover war rooms, hypercare planning, and first-day-of-business activities . Issue & Risk Management: Maintain a structured issue resolution and escalation process throughout cutover and post-go-live. Support overall SAP project execution by collaborating closely with PMO and functional leads on risk management, resource planning, and scope alignment . Reporting & Communication: Ensure detailed tracking and reporting of readiness KPIs to steering committee and program governance forums. Act as the primary interface for all project-level integration points, dependencies, and timeline alignment across business and technology, requiring broader oversight beyond pure cutover activities. Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 12-15+ years. Relevant Years of Experience: 12+ years. Mandatory Skills: Cutover Management for SAP S/4HANA Green Field Implementation program . Core Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale SAP implementations, including multiple full lifecycle deployments. Proven experience in leading cutover and/or deployment management roles . Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data migration principles, testing, and environment management . Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple vendors and global stakeholders. Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent project management skills (PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus). Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and facilitate critical program decisions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have Skills): Experience in Greenfield or Brownfield S/4HANA implementations . Cross-functional understanding of SAP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Exposure to global template rollout programs. Experience in Cutover, Data Migration, Project Management for SAP projects. Minimum 3+ SAP S/4HANA implementation projects . Additional Information: Approx. Vendor Rate (excluding service tax): INR 16,500 per day. Background Check: Post onboarding.
